Cyprus is the westernmost island country in the Mediterranean. Officially known as the Republic of Cyprus, it is the third largest island in the Mediterranean and is located in the eastern Mediterranean, south of Turkey, west of Levant, north of Egypt and to the east-southeast of the beautiful tourist hub of Greece. When to visit the country?
May through September is the best time to visit Cyprus. When you are Traveling to Cyprus, try to make your visit to the country during that time. The months of July and August remain the busiest months in the travel calendar of Cyprus. But if you visit the country during November through March, you would get heavy off-season discounts. The weather remains pleasant and comfortable throughout the year, though winters could be too cold.
