The program

Day by day, built around your meetings rather than around sightseeing — with real travel times. If a schedule won't hold, we say so before you book the flights.

Stay

Hotels

Booked, confirmed and invoiced in a way your accounting will accept. Room types, early check-in and late checkout agreed before you fly, not argued at the front desk.

Move

Tickets and transport

International and domestic flights, trains, and cars with drivers. Issued, reissued and rebooked when the plan changes — and it usually changes at least once.

Ground

On the ground

Interpreters, local SIM cards, restaurant bookings, meeting rooms, and one number to call in Russian when something goes sideways at 22:00.

How a trip comes together

Four steps, in this order.

Step 1

You brief us

Dates, how many people, and what the trip is actually for — a supplier visit, an exhibition, a reward trip. Fifteen minutes on a call is usually enough to start.

Step 2

You get a draft program

A first version with a cost against every line, so you can approve the trip internally without a second round of questions. Change anything; we redraft.

Step 3

We book and confirm

Hotels, tickets, cars, guides, entries. You get one file with every confirmation number in it. Nothing is left "on request" by the time you fly.

Step 4

We stay with the trip

Flights are tracked and the phone stays on. If a meeting moves, the rest of the day is re-planned and the driver is told before you have to ask.

Most agencies serving Russian speakers work out of Moscow or Dubai and hand your trip to a local operator you never meet. We are the local operator. The person writing your program is in the same time zone as your hotel, your driver and your 3 p.m. meeting — which is the only reason any of it can be fixed on the day.
